The Funeral Trustee Company Ltd (FTC) is a company limited by guarantee and was established in 2014 to manage the funds received from the sale of Funeral Plans.

Currently, the Funeral Trustee Company Ltd acts as a corporate trustee to an FCA registered Plan Provider, Independent Funeral Planning Services Ltd, and is responsible for managing two trusts: the Go As You Please Funeral Plan Trust, and the Independent Funeral Planning Services Trust.

The FTC undertakes to invest any such funds safely and responsibly in the Trust, guaranteeing the provision of Funeral Directors services in accordance with the Funeral Plan Guarantee.
